When Kozinski spoke in one of my law school classes, he was an utter embarassment, regardless of whether he is a federal judge. He blabbered on about how much he loves snowboarding and other try-hard attempts to be down with the youngs. He comes across as insufferably impressed with himself, and prima facie creepy.
