An E! spy tells us that Mindy Herman has quietly called a meeting this morning for all the company's VPs so that she can "separate fact from fiction from the LAT article."

We also hear that under Mindy's CEO tenure, E! made some huge boners, and not just the ones from Howard Stern's stripper-centric late-night show. The network passed on eventual mega hits Punk'd and Queer Eye For The Straight Guy because she found them too expensive to produce. At least they got Anna Nicole squeezing into a bathtub!
