Jonathan Dolgen just quit his post as Viacom Entertainment Group chairman in the aftermath of Mel Karmazin's departure and the subsequent promotions of evil CBS tooth-whitening mastermind Les Moonves and MTV Kutcher-enabler Tom Freston.

We're going to go out on a limb here and say Dolgen's departure has something to do with Sumner Redstone essentially giving his job to Moonves and Freston. Hopefully there will be some news on Dolgen's golden parachute tomorrow. We wouldn't want him wandering outside the Paramount lot, destitute and gripping a sign reading "Will Pretend To Serve A Vital Function In A Media Conglomerate For Food."
