Taking her first baby steps back into the cokepant-strewn wilderness, Cirque Lodge alumnus Lindsay Lohan chose celebrity-supportive tabloid OK! magazine for her exclusive post-rehab interview. Between loving pecks from newly materialized cool-dad Michael Lohan (see photo), Lindsay described her journey from blow-fueled party monster to clear-minded and productive starlet of society:
"It was a sobering experience," Lindsay Lohan, perhaps not realizing the pun, reveals to OK! in her first interview since leaving rehab last Friday. "It made me look at myself and all the people, places and things in my life in a different way."
"I'm going back to shoot Dare to Love Me, but I plan on returning to Utah so I can stay focused and avoid other distractions...Tempation [sic] is always there," the 21-year-old actress admits, adding, "but now I'll avoid it the right way.""I hit rock bottom," she confesses. "Everything in my life came to a point where I had to make a decision....I'm here to stay," she tells OK! with conviction. "My talent is a gift and I'm going to use it."
The great news doesn't end there: Morgan's Creek CEO James G. Robinson, author of the infamous, suspiciously leaked letter calling Lohan out on her habitual claims of "exhaustion," has been first to open his arms to the actress only months ago branded with a scarlet U, telling Page Six that he'd "absolutely work with her again...She is very, very talented and was never a diva on the set." It's as if Hollywood's most lost cause has miraculously found her way again; we're all the more reassured just knowing the Cirque is on speed-dial, ready to take the actress back in should she find herself failing to resist the urge to load up her pants with handfuls of the finest Bolivian marching powder and mow down the nearest paparazzi or assistant's mom with a hijacked SUV.
