A reader spotted Paris Hilton's other sidekick in the middle of yesterday's T-Mobile hacking hailstorm—in a Verizon store. Oh, the irony!

Saw Nicole Richie in the Verizon Store on Ventura Boulevard in the Valley yesterday. Her phone was apparently making a weird noise and she wanted a new battery. She seemed very nice, but when the clerk asked her for her cell phone number she looked at me very suspiciously before reciting the number out loud. I would think her number is common knowledge since Paris' list got dumped on the internet.

Those weird noises were probably her phone's plea for a merciful death (think Hilary Swank in Million Dollar Baby) after receiving a thousand prank phone calls in less than a day. Just put it down like a three-legged dog, Nicole.
