The LAT reports that E! Networks chief executive Mindy Herman could be out on the street with a cardboard box as early as today—but that box might be full of cash instead of Anna Nicole Smith swag. Herman may be getting $20 million dollars in severance.

Among Herman's rumored misdeeds are throwing herself two baby showers on the E! tab and getting into a fight in the parking lot of a Hollywood burlesque club 40 Deuce. She also had a room in her Malibu home remodeled as part of E!'s makeover show Guess Who's Coming To Decorate.

Naturally, Defamer will welcome reader anecdotes about Herman's supposed reign of terror at E! Hollywood divorces are always so fun!

UPDATE: An irate E! staffer rants: "The entire company is underpaid and she gets $20 million dollars! That's obscene! Her one claim to fame as head of E! is Anna Nicole, and it was the FAT Anna Nicole, not even the new, hot Anna Nicole!"
