Shar Jackson, ex-Moesha star and famously abandoned mother of Kevin Federline's first two children ("Y'all ain't ready for fatherhood!"), recently sat down with Sister 2 Sister magazine and relayed the sad but unsurprising news that Federline schedules more weekly face-to-scalp time with his personal cornrowing professionals than he does with his own offspring. What's more, Federline was putting the background moves on Spears well before he had ended things with Jackson:
In a new interview, Shar Jackson says she and Kevin Federline were still together when he and Britney Spears began dating last year.Jackson, then pregnant with her second child with Federline, says the truth came out only after he flew abroad for a commercial — which became a monthslong trip with Spears.
Federline and Spears were wed last year; their son was born in September.
"How do you call yourself a human being knowing that you put somebody else through that pain?" Jackson asks of Spears. [...]
She and Federline "are still really good friends," Jackson says, but she doesn't want child support."Hell no. I am a very, very independent woman. If I wanted child support that's an easy procedure," she tells the magazine."
Our instinctive response was to immediately throw our hands up at her. And while we realize there isn't much solace in recent reports that Spears is now experiencing the very same neglect that her own home-wrecking hath wrought, hang in there, homegirl. Call us crazy, but why do we worry less about your kids' future, with or without onetime prospective stepdad Quentin Tarantino, than we do about little Sean Preston's?
