We swore we'd gotten Bikini Girl out of our system after yesterday's breathless retelling of her final moments on American Idol—a pretty amazing run that ended much as it began, with Kara DioGuardi's hacking noises.

Still, we feel the need to offer B.G. one last chance to defend her strange behavior on last night's show, during which she very nearly dropped out of competition altogether over a dual bout of exhaustion and stiletto-induced scoliosis that would fell even the sturdiest of aspiring poolside singers.

She explains:

"It wasn't like I went to bed and gave up," she says. "I practiced a lot."

Wearing heels for hours, she added, aggravated her scoliosis. "I really started feeling it because I was in heels for so long," she says. "I was exhausted and my back was starting to hurt."

Darrell also believes she was at a disadvantage because new judge Kara DioGuardi "had it out for me from the beginning," she added. "Maybe there was a little jealousy. But I wish she had given me the opportunity."

Had she been put through to the semi-final rounds, there was no telling how far B.G. could have gone with her one-bimbo slutscapade; it was really a matter of days before new images emerged of the hopeful doing things that would make even former Idol contestant and Pee Porn superstar Antonella Barba blush.
